1. Order Processing

All orders are processed after successful payment confirmation. Orders are typically processed within 1 business day. Orders are not processed, shipped, or delivered on Sundays or public holidays.
2. Shipping Time
We currently offer Standard Shipping across India. Estimated delivery time is 3–5 business days from the date of dispatch. Delivery timelines are estimates and may vary depending on your location, courier operations, weather conditions, or other unforeseen circumstances.
3. Shipping Charges
Shipping charges are applicable on all eligible orders unless otherwise specified. The applicable shipping charges will be displayed during checkout before your order is confirmed.
4. Delivery Locations
My Fine Collection currently delivers products only within India. We do not offer international shipping at this time.
5. Order Tracking
Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive an order confirmation and shipping updates through the contact details provided during checkout, wherever applicable.
6. Delivery Delays
Although we strive to deliver orders within the estimated timeframe, delays may occasionally occur due to courier issues, weather conditions, public holidays, remote locations, or other circumstances beyond our reasonable control.
7. Incorrect Shipping Information
Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information. My Fine Collection is not responsible for delays, failed deliveries, or additional charges resulting from incorrect or incomplete address or contact details.
8. Damaged or Missing Orders
If your order arrives damaged, incomplete, or appears to have been tampered with, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with your order details and supporting photographs. We will review the issue and provide an appropriate resolution.
