Items marked as Final Sale or Non-returnable are not eligible for return.

Once approved, you’ll receive pickup details or instructions to ship it back.

🚚 Return Shipping

Pickup Available: For select pin codes, we offer reverse pickup at no extra cost.

Self-Ship: If pickup isn’t available in your area, please courier the item to the address shared by our team. Reimbursement of courier charges may be considered (proof required).

Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we’ll initiate your refund within 5–7 working days.

Refunds will be made to your original payment method or via store credit, depending on your preference.

In case of Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, refunds will be issued via bank transfer or wallet credit.

Products returned without prior communication will not be accepted.
