β Eligibility for Returns
You may initiate a return or exchange under the following conditions:
The product must be unused, unwashed, and in original condition with all tags, packaging, and accessories intact.
The return request must be placed within 7 days of delivery.
Return is applicable for most apparel and fashion items, excluding undergarments, innerwear, sleepwear, or custom-stitched items due to hygiene and personalization.
Items marked as Final Sale or Non-returnable are not eligible for return.

Once approved, youβll receive pickup details or instructions to ship it back.
π Return Shipping
Pickup Available: For select pin codes, we offer reverse pickup at no extra cost.
Self-Ship: If pickup isnβt available in your area, please courier the item to the address shared by our team. Reimbursement of courier charges may be considered (proof required).
π° Refund Process
Once we receive and inspect the returned item, weβll initiate your refund within 5β7 working days.
Refunds will be made to your original payment method or via store credit, depending on your preference.
In case of Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, refunds will be issued via bank transfer or wallet credit.

Products returned without prior communication will not be accepted.
