🔄 Return & Exchange Policy

At MyFineCollection.com, we value your satisfaction and want you to shop with confidence. If you are not completely happy with your purchase, we offer an easy and transparent return and exchange process.

✅ Eligibility for Returns

You may initiate a return or exchange under the following conditions:

The product must be unused, unwashed, and in original condition with all tags, packaging, and accessories intact.

The return request must be placed within 7 days of delivery.

Return is applicable for most apparel and fashion items, excluding undergarments, innerwear, sleepwear, or custom-stitched items due to hygiene and personalization.

Items marked as Final Sale or Non-returnable are not eligible for return.

🔁 Exchange Policy

We allow exchange for:

Size issues

Wrong item shipped

Defective or damaged product received (must be reported within 24 hours of delivery)

If the requested size is unavailable, we’ll offer a suitable replacement or issue store credit.

🚫 Non-Returnable Items

Lingerie, innerwear, and personal hygiene wear

Custom-made or altered garments

Discounted or clearance sale items

Gift cards or vouchers

📦 How to Initiate a Return

Go to the Track Order or My Account > Orders section.

Click on "Request Return" or contact our support team via:

Mention your Order ID, reason for return, and share any relevant images (in case of defective items).

Once approved, you’ll receive pickup details or instructions to ship it back.

🚚 Return Shipping

Pickup Available: For select pin codes, we offer reverse pickup at no extra cost.

Self-Ship: If pickup isn’t available in your area, please courier the item to the address shared by our team. Reimbursement of courier charges may be considered (proof required).

💰 Refund Process

Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we’ll initiate your refund within 5–7 working days.

Refunds will be made to your original payment method or via store credit, depending on your preference.

In case of Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, refunds will be issued via bank transfer or wallet credit.

ℹ️ Important Notes

Products returned without prior communication will not be accepted.

If we detect misuse of the return policy, returns/exchanges may be refused.

Color variation due to screen display settings will not be considered a defect.
